- Duplicate Purchases: If you accidentally purchased the same product twice
- Product Not as Described: If the content differs significantly from what was advertised
- Corrupt or Damaged Files: If the PDF files are corrupted or unreadable
Refund Request Process
To request a refund:

- Include your order number and email address used for the purchase
- Describe the issue you experienced
- We'll respond within 24-48 hours
When Refunds Are Not Applicable
- You simply changed your mind after downloading the files
- The study sheet doesn't cover specific topics you expected (always check the product description)
- You didn't achieve the exam results you hoped for
- More than 7 days have passed since your purchase
